Calvin E. Kimball Dies of Heart Attack

Calvin E. Kimball, 63, of 4859 Decatur Street, Omaha, Nebraska, died Monday morning shortly after he was stricken at work. He was the City Building Superintendent since 1936.

Death resulted from a heart attack.

Mr. Kimball began working for the city in 1934 as a Street Department inspector and later assumed the City Hall post.

He leaves his wife, Rose; son Jack Munro of Indianapolis, Indiana; daughters Mrs. Walter Ohrt, Fort Calhoun, Nebraska, and Mrs. Lewis A. Ladley, Tacoma, Washington; six grandchildren.

Funeral services were held Thursday afternoon from the N.P. Swanson Chapel, Rev. Kendig Rupley officiating. Interment, Fort Calhoun Cemetery.
