Tom Hicks, 91, of Omaha died June 8, 2026, in Omaha.

He was born June 12, 1934, in Sheboygan, Wisconsin.

Hicks was preceded in death by his wife, Mary Hicks; brothers James and Donald Hicks; and sister and brother-in-law Helen and Ray Mullin.

Survivors include sons Alan (Lyn) Hicks of Milford, Iowa, and Tom Jr. (Brenda) Hicks of Cypress, Texas; daughter Robin (Mike) Hays of Fort Calhoun; sisters-in-law Anna Hicks, Linda Moriarty and Ginny Herrmann; five grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.

A memorial service will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday, June 20, at Sievers-Sprick Funeral Home in Fort Calhoun. There will be no visitation. Private inurnment will be held. Memorials are suggested to Maplecrest Health Center.

Arrangements are by Sievers-Sprick Funeral Home, Fort Calhoun.
