Linda Louise Meissner

Linda Louise Meissner, 58, of St. Charles, Missouri, passed away May 2, 2026, at her home, surrounded by her family.
Linda was born Oct. 5, 1967, in Blair to James and Connie (French) Foley. She grew up on the family farm with her three brothers and one sister.
She attended Blair schools before earning a degree in computer engineering from Iowa State University. She worked in the St. Louis area for McDonnell Douglas and Westar before retiring.
Linda married Mark Meissner, and they had two sons, Daniel and Alec, both of the St. Louis area. She was actively involved in her sons' school activities, sports and careers and enjoyed following their successes throughout their lives.
She enjoyed baking, canning produce from her garden and following Nebraska women's volleyball.
Linda was preceded in death by her parents and grandparents.
She is survived by her sons, Daniel and Alec, both of the St. Louis area; brothers, Mike (Kristin) Foley of Waco, Nebraska, Jim (Chris) Foley of Blair and Bill Foley of Omaha; sister, Mary (Wayne) Johnson of Ankeny, Iowa; and numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
Funeral services were held May 7, 2026, at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton in St. Charles, Missouri.
Burial was May 23, 2026, at Holy Cross Cemetery in Blair.
