Joseph R. Miller was born September 29, 1961 to Mary K. and Delmer D. Miller in Blair, Nebraska. Joe graduated from Blair High School and had several jobs riding his many motorcycles to work at: Ag Bag in Blair, Brand Hydraulics in Omaha. He studied on his own for electronics repair and would talk about fixing radios and CB's. Joe enjoyed riding motorcycles, driving around, mowing and taking care of the farm.
A man of few words, Joe enjoyed socializing with everyone! Joe attended Mass regularly with his Mom Mary and sister Margie and helped the Knights of Columbus with Fish Fry's during Lent. If you ever met Joe, he usually met you with a smile and would tell you a joke or liked to hear a good one!
