Charles Frank Kloczko, age 81 of Blair, passed away August 28, 2026 at his home. Private graveside services will be held. Chuck was born in Cleveland, Ohio. After high school he joined the United States Navy and was a Vietnam Veteran. After his time in the Navy he completed his college education in Police Science, and became a Los Angeles County Deputy Sheriff for 22 years. In 2003 Chuck and Verna made their home in Blair, Nebraska. He leaves his wife of 54 years, Verna, children; Denise and Michael and 2 granddaughters and a great-grandson.
