DIED

STRICKLETT At his home in the first ward of this city. Saturday morning, of typhoid fever, William J. Stricklett, aged 25 years, 8 months and 10 days.

Deceased was the son of Mr. and Mrs J. S. Stricklett. He was first taken sick about two months ago and had sufficiently recovered to be up and about, when he had a relapse, which proved fatal in spite of every effort put forth by anxious relatives and friends in his behalf.

He was married some two years since to Miss Mary Worley, who with one child survives him to mourn the loss of husband and father. Will was an exemplary young man who had many warm friends among those who knew him. The funeral was held at the U. B. church Monday at 10 A. M., Rev. Booth officiating, and a large concourse of sorrowing relatives and friends followed all that was mortal of the deceased to a final resting place in the Blair cemetery.
