Myrtle E. (McWaters) Lemon, 95, former resident of Lincoln, died Tuesday, April 27, 1999, in Hayward, Calif.

A graveside service and burial was Monday, May 17, in Crookston, Minn.

Myrtle E. (McWaters) Lemon was born May 5, 1903, to William and Emma McWaters in Fisher, Minn. She grew up in Crookston and received a bachelor’s degree from the Minnesota Bible College in Minneapolis, Minn.

She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Dale and Jane Lemon of Blair; daughter, Michael Alexander of Hayward, Calif.; brother, Robert McWaters of Crookston, Minn.; seven grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
