JENS C. JENSEN, 94

Jens C. Jensen, 94, of Blair, died Tuesday, Sept. 25, 2007, at Immanuel Hospital in Omaha.

Funeral services will be 10 a.m. Monday, Oct. 1, at Campbell-Aman Funeral Home. Interment will be in the Blair Cemetery.

Visitation will be held from noon to 8 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 30, at the funeral home.

Jens C. Jensen was born Sept. 30, 1912, in Hubbard to Carl and Ane Marie (Nelsen) Jensen. At the age of 6 months, he moved to Washington County. He attended the Maney School.

He was a veteran of World War II, where he served in the European theater.

He was a lifelong Washington County farmer.

He is survived by his son, Wesley Jensen, of Whittier, Calif.; one grandchild; and a sister, Karen Georgensen of South Sioux City.

He was preceded in death by a brother, Anker; and one grandson.
