Jens Carl Jensen, a retired farmer living at 679 North 18th street, died at Memorial Community Hospital Wednesday, April 18th.

Mr. Jensen was born June 28th, 1888 at Blair and spent his entire life in this area. On January 7, 1910 he was married to Johanna E. Rasmussen who survives his death.

Mr. and Mrs. Jensen became the parents of two daughters and a son, all of whom survive. There are also 4 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren. The daughters are Mrs. Raymond Hancock of Blair and Mrs. Blaine Ernest of Dayton, Washington. The son is H. Ernest Jensen, of Blair.

Funeral services will be Saturday afternoon at 2:00 P.M. at the First Lutheran Church with the Rev. George Pallesen officiating. The Bendorf Funeral Home will be in charge of interment at the Balir cemetery.
