Funeral services for Lena K. Jensen, 91, of Blair were held February 15, 1988, at Campbell Funeral Home in Blair with Pastor Owen Wilmot officiating.

Pallbearers were Edward Nelson, Gordon Petersen, Art Jensen and Norris Bailey.

Burial was in the Blair Cemetery.

She died February 9, 1988, at Memorial Community Hospital, Blair.

Lena was born June 22, 1896, in Winside to Hans and Mary (Drevsen) Gottsch.

On December 30, 1914, she married Harry Jensen in Wayne, and she was a homemaker all her life. Harry preceded his wife in death.

Lena had been a resident of Parkview Manor in Blair for 19 years, and just recently moved to Crowell Memorial Home.

She is survived by daughter Lyda Anderson of Portland, Oregon, and son Lyle Jensen of San Pedro, California; by five grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren and sister Emma Boock of Wakefield.

She was preceded in death by her husband, parents, brother John and sister Anna.
