Services will be 11 a.m. Friday, Jan. 24 at First Lutheran Church in Blair for Mildred F. Jensen, 90 of Blair who died Jan. 22, 1997 at Crowell Memorial Home in Blair. Burial will be at 1:30 p.m. in the Springwell Cemetery in Omaha.

Mildred F. Jensen was born Aug. 4, 1906 in Fort Calhoun to Hans and Johanna Johansen Hansen.

She married Swen Jensen in Fort Calhoun Dec. 14, 1927. They worked at a dairy farm north of Omaha, where Immanuel Medical Center is now located. She also worked for the hospital as a seamstress for several years.

She was a member of First Lutheran Church.

She was preceded in death by her parents; three sisters and one brother.

She is survived by her husband, Swen of Blair; daughter, Phyllis Berver of Portland, Ore.; a son and daughter-in-law, Richard and Gloria Jensen of Fremont; seven grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.

Memorials may be directed to Crowell Memorial Home or First Lutheran Church.
