Jake M. Dice, 20, of Blair, died at his residence on Tuesday, Dec. 13, 2011.

Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Friday, Dec. 16, at Heafey-Heafey-Hoffman-Dworak-Cutler Funeral Home, 78th and Center Street in Omaha. There will be no visitation.

Jake Mark Dice was born May 1, 1991, in Omaha to James and Teresa (Baldwin) Dice. He graduated from Blair High School in 2009 and was presently attending Metro Community College.

He is survived by his mother, Teresa; brother and sister-in-law, Luke and Nikki of Omaha; sister, Mandy Dice of Blair; niece, Jordan; grandparents, Don and Joanne Baldwin of Omaha.

He was preceded in death by his father, James.

Memorials are suggested to the donor's favorite charity.
