MRS. SENA JENSEN BURIED SATURDAY

Mrs. Sena Jensen was born in Denmark April 2, 1871 and departed this life July 19, 1934, being 63 years, 3 months and 17 days of age. She came to America in 1893 and lived at Audubon, Iowa, where she was united in marriage December 3, 1897, to Mr. Lars Jensen.

Most of her married life was lived in and around Blair. She, with her husband, united with the Seventh Day Adventist church in 1900 and she was a member of the Blair organization of that denomination at the time of her death.

Besides her husband, she leaves to mourn four brothers: K.T. Christensen, who lives on a farm near Blair; Christ Christensen, an attorney of Viborg, South Dakota; Dr. Fred Christensen, a prominent physician of Racine, Wisconsin and Blicher Christensen, also of Wisconsin.

Funeral services were conducted last Saturday by J.D. Johnson and the remains were laid to rest in the Blair cemetery.

MRS. LARS JENSEN BURIED SATURDAY

BURIED HERE AFTER RITES AT SEVENTH DAY ADVENTIST CHURCH

Funeral services for Mrs. Lars Jensen, 63, who died in Blair late Thursday morning after a brief illness, were held at the Seventh Day Adventist Church on east Grant street Saturday afternoon at 2 o'clock, followed by interment in the Blair cemetery.

As Sina Jensen, the deceased was born in Denmark April 2, 1872 and lived in that country until 1893 when she was 21 years of age. In 1893 she came to America and was married four years later at Audubon, Iowa to Lars Jensen, on December 3, 1897. Shortly after their wedding the couple moved to Washington county and they had spent all their wedded life since then in or near Blair. Both became members of the Seventh Day Adventist Church about 35 years ago.

Besides her husband, Mrs. Jensen is survived by four brothers, Dr. Fred Christensen of Racine, Wisconsin; Christian, a Viborg, South Dakota attorney; K. T., who lives on a farm east of Blair; and Blicher who resides in Wisconsin.
