FORMER HERMAN LADY DIES IN SEATTLE, WASH.

Word was received by Mrs. Allan Yowell of the death Sunday of Mrs. Meha Jessen in Seattle, Washington. She was an aunt of Mrs. Yowell and a sister of Mrs. Margaret Williams, and Mrs. Ellen Morgan of California. Brothers are Charles Petersen of Long Beach, Calif. and George Petersen of Minot, North Dakota.

Mr. and Mrs. Jack Petersen live on the farm which was the home of Mrs. Jessen and her family for several years. She is survived by two daughters, Mrs. Roy Larsen of Denver and Mrs. Arnold Hansen of Seattle and two sons, Rev. Werner Jessen of Portland, Oregon and Russell Jessen of Sacramento, Calif.

After leaving Herman several years ago, they moved to Sioux Rapids, Iowa and then to Seattle, where they have lived for many years.

The funeral will be held in Seattle with burial in the Cemetery there.
