Services were Wednesday, Dec. 18 at Luther Memorial Church in Omaha for John M. Johnsen, 90 of Omaha. Burial was in the Hillcrest Memorial Park in Omaha.
John M. Johnsen was born to Peter and Mary Johnsen March 26, 1906 in Bennington.
He was preceded in death by his parents; a sister, Edna Paulsen and a brother, Vern C. Johnsen.
He is survived by his wife, Emelia; daughters and sons-in-law, Gloria and Ken Nielsen and Vernitta and Bryan Brown, Omaha; grandchildren; two sisters, Gladys Matzen and Leona Wiese, both of Blair and two brothers, Matt of Valley and Raymond of Bennington.
Boyd E. Braman Mortuary was in charge of arrangements.
