| Betty J. Andersen, School Counselor, Died in Omaha
Betty J. Andersen, a lifetime resident of Blair, died Tuesday at the Clarkson Hospital in Omaha. She was 54 years of age, having been born at Blair June 112, 1932. She was the daughter of the late John and Anna Andersen.
Miss Andersen, who lived at 1067 Jackson street, was a Counselor at the Blair High School. She had also taught in the Omaha Bryan High School. She had never married.
She is survived by her mother, Mrs. Ann Olsen of Minneapolis. She had two sisters and two brothers. The sisters are Doris Andersen of Blair and Helen Andersen of Seward. The brothers are Ernest Andersen of Blair and Clarence Andersen.
Funeral services were held at the Campbell Mortuary Wednesday morning. The Rev. Robert Albers of the First Lutheran Church conducted the service. Burial was made in the Blair cemetery.
The Pallbearers were Norman Bansen, Brian Kolterman, Dale Markum and Ray Vodica. |
