Services were Saturday, February 16, at St. Luke United Methodist Church in Omaha for Mae Gallagher, 80, of Omaha who died at Mercy Care Center in Omaha February 14, 1991. Burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery.

Mae Gallagher was born October 23, 1910, in Laurel, Nebraska to Mads Peter and Anna Nilson Johnsen. A homemaker throughout her life, she was married to Vaughn E. Gallagher.

She is survived by her husband, Vaughn; daughters and sons-in-law, Arlene and Marvin Nevins, Phoenix, Arizona, and Judy and Carmine Pane, Fort Calhoun; a brother, Arthur Johnsen, Sioux City, Iowa; a sister, Berniece Morrissey, Omaha; seven grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; and nieces and nephews.

Memorials may be given to the American Cancer Society or Mercy Care Center.

Crosby Burket Swanson-Golden Colonial Chapel in Omaha was in charge of arrangements for the services.
