HAROLD A. JOHNSON RITES WEDNESDAY

Harold A. Johnson of Herman passed away Monday morning, October 27th, at the Blair Hospital, following a lengthy illness.

He was born August 16, 1900, on a farm south of Blair and lived his entire life in the local area.

He was married to the former Hazel McCowan of rural Blair and to this union two daughters were born. Survivors include the wife, Hazel; daughters, Eleanor Hightree of Herman and Marilyn (Mrs. Geo. Zuniga) of Dallas, Texas; a sister, Florence (Mrs. Lester Hansen) of Herman; 6 grandchildren and one great-grandchild.

Funeral services were held at the Campbell Mortuary Wednesday afternoon with the Rev. Zack Kleinsasser conducting the service. Burial was made in the Herman Cemetery.
