MRS. MARY INGERSLEV DIED THURSDAY A.M.

Mrs. Mary Ingerslev, long-time resident of Good Shepherd Home, died Thursday morning, May 6th. She was 91 years old.

Mrs. Ingerslev was born March 5, 1874 at Torreso, Fyn, Denmark. She spent her childhood in Denmark and came to America and Blair as a young woman in 1887. She is survived by a daughter, Mrs. Emma Averson of Omaha. A nephew, Arthur W. Anderson a sister, Pat Lewis of Chicago lives at Herman. (confusing sentence) Grand nieces are Carol Jean Anderson of Herman and Ardyth Rasmussen of Blair.

Funeral services were held Saturday afternoon at the First Lutheran church with the Rev. George Pallesen conducting the service. Burial was made in the Blair cemetery under the direction of the Bendorf Funeral Home.

Pall bearers were Ernest Jensen, John Jensen, Robert Jensen, Frank Root, Fred Long and Alfred C. Andersen.

(Note a confusing sentence in the 4th paragraph, perhaps a newspaper error.)
