MRS. O.M. IRELAND RITES SATURDAY

Mrs. O.M. Ireland passed away Wednesday, October 16, at the Masonic Home at Plattsmouth, where she had been a guest for the past few years.

Deceased was born February 8, 1864, at Anawan, Illinois. She was married to O.M. Ireland on June 15, 1880, at Leon, Iowa, and shortly after that came to this state where they made their home and where their family was raised.

Six children were born to them, four of whom are living. They are Void of Blair; Clifford and Louie of Omaha; and Mrs. Lillie Huff of Louisville, Nebraska.

The husband passed on some months ago and Mrs. Ireland has been lonely since that time. She was ill about three days, having suffered a stroke which ended a long and useful life.

She was a member of the Christian Church and an active Eastern Star worker, having been a member for forty-four years.

Funeral services will be held next Saturday at 2 p.m. from the Bendorf Funeral Home and interment will be made in the Blair cemetery.
