LORETTA IVERSON

Loretta Iverson, 86, of Fremont died Wednesday, Feb. 24, 2010, at Fremont Area Medical Center.

She was born Aug. 20, 1923, in Hooper to Clinton and Myrtle (Beahr) Strong. She grew up in Hooper and Fremont. She lived in rural Kennard for several years and then returned to Fremont.

Survivors include: three sons, Robert “Bob” ( and wife, Barb) Arp and Mike Homan, all of Fremont; and Donald (and wife, Theresa) Arp of Lincoln; two daughters, Patti Homan of Missouri and Marilyn (and husband, William) Lodges of Jefferson City, Mo.; two brothers, Larry (and wife, Melissa) Strong and James (and wife, Gloria) Strong, all of Fremont; three sisters, Judy Goad, Dana (and husband, Ron) Sidorski and Susan (and husband, Paul) Ortega of Seattle; nine grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; and 11 great-great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by four husbands, Roland Christ, John Arp, Sr., Lyle Homan and George Iverson; a son, John Arp Sr.; a daughter, Roseanne Arp; five brothers; two sisters; a great-grandchild; and a great-great-grandchild.

A private family service will be held with the Rev. Dr. Bill Bowers officiating. There is no visitation.
