OTTO IVERSEN
Services for Otto Iversen, age 90 of Blair, who died December 5, 1994 at Immanuel Medical Center in Omaha will be 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, December 7, 1994 at First Lutheran Church in Blair, with burial in the Ft. Calhoun Cemetery. A prayer service will be held 7 p.m. Tuesday at the Funeral Home.
Otto Iversen was born March 6, 1904 at Fort Calhoun, Nebraska to William and Bertha Fischer Iversen. He attended the Wranch School.
He farmed south of Fort Calhoun, until retiring in 1969. He then moved to rural Bennington, Nebraska, and lived there until moving to Blair in 1988. He was a past member of Kuntze Memorial Lutheran Church in Omaha and a present member of First Lutheran Church in Blair.
On January 25, 1928, he married Christena Heise in Douglas County. She preceded him in death on December 13, 1991.
He was also preceded in death by his parents and brother, Chris Iversen.
Surviving him are two sisters, Celia Schneider, Blair and Edna Buchrer, Omaha and many nieces and nephews.
Campbell-Aman Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
