MRS. JENS JUUL DIES SUDDENLY FOLLOWING SURGERY

Mrs. Jens Juul of 131 South 22nd Street, died July 5th at Immanuel Lutheran Hospital in Omaha following surgery. She was 73 years old.

Christina Juul was born January 23, 1893 in Denmark. She came to this country as a girl and was married to Jens Juul. The couple farmed until their retirement a number of years ago.

She is survived by her husband, Jens, and by two daughters, Mrs. John Biffar (Ella) of Los Angeles and Mrs. Donald Petersen (Viola) of Denver. Two sons, Rudolph and James, both of Blair, also survive. There are seven grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be Friday afternoon at 2 P.M. at the First Lutheran Church. The Rev. George Pallesen will conduct the services. Burial, under the direction of the Bendorf Funeral Home will be in the Blair Cemetery.
