ARLENE KAER, 88

Arlene Kaer, 88, of Blair, died May 12, 2001, in Blair.

Funeral services will be 2:30 p.m. on Tuesday, May 15, at Good Shepherd Lutheran Home Chapel.

Interment will be at Fairmont Cemetery in Denver, Colo.

Arlene Kaer was born May 6, 1912, in South Fork, Penn.

She was married on June 2, 1940, to Hans Kaer in Denver, Colo.

After retiring, she moved from Brighton, Colo., to Blair in 1975. Mrs. Kaer had been residing at Good Shepherd Lutheran Home for the past seven years.

She is survived by her brother, Allen Reed of Page, Ariz., brother-in-law, Olaf Kaer of Fort Calhoun, sisters-in-law Marie Thomas of Fort Calhoun and Myrtle Patterson of Omaha, many nieces, nephews and grandnieces and grandnephews.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Hans.

Memorials are suggested to Good Shepherd Lutheran Home.

Sievers-Sprick Funeral Home in Fort Calhoun is in charge of arrangements.
