LEATHA KAHLANDT, 64

Services for Leatha Kahlandt, 64, of Blair who died April 12, 1996 at Memorial Community Hospital in Blair were Monday, April 15 at Trinity Lutheran Church in Blair. Burial was in Blair Cemetery.

Leatha Ann Kahlandt was born April 6, 1932 at Herman to Tom and Mammie Stroh Cushman. She graduated from Blair High School in 1949.

She worked for Kelly Ryan Manufacturing for 46 years.

She married Earl Kahlandt at Blair August 26, 1953. He preceded her in death in 1994.

She was also preceded in death by her parents; one sister, Lenora Farmer and three brothers, Robert Cushman, Billie Cushman and Wilton Dean Cushman.

She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Marsha and David Ruwe, Blair; grandchildren Tracie Ruwe, Billie Ruwe, Andy Ruwe and Katie Ruwe; four brothers, Rex Cushman, Kearney, Nebraska; Ed Cushman, Newport, Nebraska; Oris Cushman, Omaha and Jay Cushman, Blair and one sister, Cora Maw, Corona, California.

Memorials may be directed to the Heart Fund, Trinity Lutheran Church or Blair Rescue Squad.

Campbell-Aman Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
