Semi Driver Throughout 48 States
Gary G. Schutt, 58, of Herman died Wednesday, April 18, 2012, at his home in Herman.
Services were Saturday, April 21, at Campbell-Aman Funeral Home. Interment was in the Herman Cemetery.
Gary Glenn Schutt was born on October 22, 1953, at Oakland, to Dale and Shirley Schutt.
He was raised in the Herman area and attended Herman Schools and Tekamah-Herman Schools.
After school, he worked at Holmquist Grain with his father and then graduated to semi driving, which he continued his entire life throughout the 48 states and Canada. He was a heavy haul operator for seven years. He ended his career with T&T Trucking of Blair, which carries memories for many.
He is survived by his parents, Dale and Shirley Schutt of Herman; grandmother, Midge Green of Herman; daughter, Shiloh, and one grandson of San Antonio, Texas; brother and sister-in-law, Larry and Penny Schutt of Blair; nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles.
