Services for Margery Pierce Gepson, 83, who died January 16, 1994, at St. Joseph’s Hospital in Omaha will be 10 a.m. Wednesday, January 19 at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church in Fort Calhoun. Rev. James Schwertley will officiate. Burial will be in Fort Calhoun Cemetery.

There will be a rosary at 7 p.m. Tuesday, January 18, at Sievers-Sprick Funeral Home in Fort Calhoun.

Margery Pierce Gepson was born August 13, 1910, in Beatrice, Nebraska, to George and Anna Schram Pierce. She grew up in Beatrice and went to Beatrice High School. She later attended a business college.

She was an accountant bookkeeper for the Internal Revenue Service.

She was a member of St. John the Baptist Catholic Church in Fort Calhoun.

She married Peter Gepson. He preceded her in death.

She is survived by four sons, Robert, California; James and Peter, Omaha; Donald of California; a daughter, Beverly Lefholtz of Omaha; 10 grandchildren and one great-grandchild.

Pallbearers will be Tom Gepson, Pete Gepson, Jr., Steve Gepson, Jason Lefholtz, Matt Townley and Doug Urick.

Sievers-Sprick Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
