Georgia Clausen, 82, of Tekamah, a Blair native, died on Sunday, May 13, 2012, at the Golden Living Center in Tekamah.

Services will be 2 p.m. Thursday, May 17, 2012, at Campbell-Aman Funeral Home. Visitation will be Thursday beginning at noon. Interment will be in the Blair Cemetery.

Georgia Clausen was born June 1, 1929, in Blair to Howard and Georgia (Buckingham) Clausen.

She attended school in Blair and was a graduate of the Class of 1948.

After high school she moved to Santa Monica, Calif., and worked as a secretary for Douglas Aircraft. She retired from Douglas Aircraft after working there for nearly 40 years.

After retirement she moved to Kearney and then to Omaha.

She enjoyed bowling and going out to eat with her friends and family.

She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Diane and Roland Foster of Kearney; sister, Barb Hall; and sister and brother-in-law, Caroline and Robert Wunsch; three grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her brothers and sisters.
