BLAIR BABY DROWNED

Mrs. J. D. Honeywell and son, 17 months old, of Blair, were visiting last week with her sister, Mrs. Dan Honeywell, living on the Tromers-Bauser ranch southwest of Ewing. On Saturday, the little fellow strayed away and all efforts to locate him proved futile. Word was at once send to Ewing and a party of searchers started out from here to engage in the hunt for the missing boy.

After several hours of search the body was at last found by John Harrigan, jr., lying in several feet of water in a bayou near the home. When found life was extinct, death having taken place several hours previously. At the time of the accident the father of the boy was playing in a match game of ball at Chambers. The funeral took place yesterday. - - Fremont Tribune
