FORMER BLAIR RESIDENT DIED IN CALIFORNIA

William (Bill) Earl Kelley died of a heart attack at the age of 50 years, in Patterson, California on August 27, 1976. He had been residing with his wife in Patterson. Bill was employed at Livermore Lawrence Laboratories as a Fireman since 1959.

He was born November 12, 1925 at Rulo, Nebraska. He attended Rulo Schools and in 1926 moved to Blair, attending Blair High. In 1943 Bill enlisted in the United States Marine Corps, serving in the South Pacific. While residing in Blair, he was employed as a Blair Policeman.

Bill is survived by his wife Sally J. and his son, Scott, who is in the United States Navy; also his mother Geneva Kelley of Blair, brothers James L. and Robert (Pat) of Blair, and a sister Dorthe Jensen of Columbus, Nebraska.

A Memorial Service was held August 31, 1976 in Patterson, California.
