SERVICES ARE ON THURSDAY FOR JOHN LEEHY, SR.

Services will be held Thursday, October 18, at 10 a.m. at St. Francis Borgia Catholic Church in Blair for John Leehy, Sr., who died Monday, October 15, 1979, at the Blair Hospital. Rosary will be said Wednesday, October 17 at 7 p.m. at Campbell Funeral Home. Rev. Daniel Galas will conduct the services. Burial will be in Holy Cross Cemetery.

John Leehy, Sr., was born in Omaha, Nebraska, on October 6, 1902, to John and Ellen Fitzgerald Leehy. He was a member of St. Francis Borgia Catholic Church. He has been with Blair Manufacturing for the past 12 years. He farmed prior to that.

Included among his survivors are his wife, Maureen of Blair; six sons, Jack, Norfolk; Jim, Blair; Tom, Gretna; Michael, Omaha; Rich, Bennington; and Larry, Blair; one daughter, Margaret Trauernicht, Omaha, 25 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren and one brother, Patrick of Blair.

Campbell Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements for the services.
