Kenneth ‘Kenny’ Lallman, 62

Kenneth “Kenny” D. Lallman, 62, of rural Carlsbad, N.M., died on April 24, 2012, after a valiant battle with cancer.

Services were April 27 at the First Assembly of God Church in Carlsbad.

Kenneth Dale Lallman was born Aug. 12, 1949, in Fremont to August and Madelyn (Nelson) Lallman.

He served in the U.S. Air Force and was stationed at Alamogordo, N.M. While there, he met the love of his life, Naomi Fuson, and the two were married on Aug. 15, 1970.

Mr. Lallman retired in 2011 from the Eddy County Road Department after 14 years of service. He was previously em- ployed by Pecos Valley Equipment and Queen Oil and Gas.

He was a member of the First Assembly of God Church. He is survived by his wife, Naomi; son and daughter-in-law, Kevin and Stacy Lallman; daughter and son-in- law, Kimberly and Robert Hansen; father, August Lallman; sisters and brother-in-law, Carolyn and Jim Taylor of Arlington and Darlene Lallman of Blair; five grandchildren; father-in-law, Bill Fuson of Carlsbad; brothers- in-law and sisters-in-law, Rhonda and Jeff Bradberry of Lubbock, Texas, Terry and Mardell Fuson and Jimmy and Jonnice Fuson, all of Carlsbad; and seven nieces and nephews and their families.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Madelyn; an infant sister; and his mother-in-law, Arlene Fuson.

West Funeral Home in Carlsbad was in charge of arrangements.
