Minnie Glandt, Bennington, Dies

Funeral services will be held in Bennington Tuesday for Mrs. Minnie Glandt, 94-year old woman who had lived many years in Bennington. For the past two years she had made her home with her son, Albert, in Omaha. She died in an Omaha hospital.

Mrs. Glandt was born in Germany and came to this country at an early age. She and her husband lived in the Bennington area for many years, Mr. Glandt having been in the painting business. He preceded her in death.

Mrs. Glandt is survived by her son and three daughters. The daughters are Mrs. Frank Mockelman and Mrs. Albert Lorenzen of Omaha and Mrs. John Denker, of Elkhorn. In addition there are eleven grandchildren, 21 great-grandchildren and 4 great, great, grandchildren. Two sisters reside in Germany.

Services will be held tomorrow afternoon at St. John’ Lutheran Church in Bennington and burial will be made in Prospect Hill Cemetery in Elkhorn. The Hadan Mortuary is in charge of arrangements.
