Andrew Glaser, 68

Services were Friday, March 25, at St. Michaels Church in Spalding, Nebraska, for Andrew F. Glaser, 68, who died March 21, 1994, at Penrose Hospital in Colorado Springs, Colorado, after suffering a stroke.

Andrew F. Glaser was born March 12, 1926, to John and Louisa Pfeifer Glaser in Spalding. He grew up on a farm near Spalding.

He served in the Naval Armed Forces from 1944 to 1946. He attended airplane flight school in Omaha and received his instructor and commercial license in aviation.

He was an aerial sprayer and owned his own company which he operated until retiring in 1992. He also farmed.

He married Charlotte Cooper at Blair October 8, 1951.

He was preceded in death by his parents; daughters, Mary and Shirley and a brother, Leo.

He is survived by sons and daughters-in-law, William and Sally, Leadville, Colorado; Dave and Pam, Blair; sons, Michael and Jeff, Blair; daughters and sons-in-law, Diane and Bob Delaney of Columbus, Nebraska; Andrea and Phillip Craig, Mondamin, Iowa, and daughter, Debra, Lincoln, Nebraska, and 16 grandchildren. He is also survived by sisters, Marie Voorvart, Spalding; sister Martha Glaser, Sioux City, Iowa, and brothers, Richard and Fred of Spalding. Also surviving is his very special friend, Alyce Heller.
