Services for Blanche Glass Set for Friday

A memorial service for Blanche Glass will be held at 10 a.m. Friday, Nov. 30, at the Emmaus Lutheran Church in Kennard. Emmaus Pastor Russell Saltzman will conduct the service.

Mrs. Glass was a resident of the Crowell Home in Blair for six years. She was born Oct. 15, 1902, in Pueblo, Colorado. In 1941, she married William C. Glass, who preceded her in death.

Blanche was a beautician and was a member of the Presbyterian Church.

Survivors include her son George C. Glass of Papillion, daughters Laura Lee Sands of Enterprise, Oregon, and Alice Kahnk of Kennard.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials to KGBI FM Radio, 1515 S. 10th St., Omaha NE 68108.

Mrs. Glass has donated her body to the University of Nebraska, and will not be interred.
