Tuesday Service Planned For Edith Goehring

Funeral services for 71 year old Mrs. Edith M. Goehring will be held on Tuesday, January 26th at the Congregational Church in Blair. The 10:30 a.m. service will be conducted by Rev. K. F. Kaleuati with arrangements in charge of the Campbell Funeral Home. Burial will be in the Blair Cemetery.

Mrs. Goehring was born on June 17, 1910, at Butte, Montana, to Mr. and Mrs. John Cochran. She was married to Dr. Walter Goehring, of Blair, who preceded her in death. The couple lived at 2009 Colfax Street in Blair. Mrs. Goehring died on Saturday, January 23, 1982, at the Methodist Hospital in Omaha.

She is survived by one stepson, Darwin Goehring of Paragaued, Arkansas, a brother and a sister. They are: John Cochrane, Auburn, Washington: and Mrs. Frank (Bessie) Crow of Seattle, Washington.

Pallbearers will be: Ernie Bohs, Gary Dean, Malcom Fischer, J. Merton Kuhr, J. Hilton Rhoades and Gordon Vinton.

Mrs. Goering was a member of the P.E.O., McKinnley Chapter No. 61 of the Eastern Star, Washington County Nurses Association, Monday Afternoon Club, Hospital Auxiliary and the Delta Zeta Sorority. The family requests memorials can be given the Congregation Church or your favorite charity.
