Seventy-two year old Lorion Jones, of 1764 State Street in Blair, died on Wednesday, January 17th at the Blair Hospital.

Graveside services were held at the Blair Cemetery on Friday, January 19th. Rev. Owen Wilmot officiated with Campbell Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.

Mr. Jones was born at Missouri Valley, Iowa on October 20, 1906. He was employed as an electrician for The Nebraska Iron Works.

He is survived by one daughter, a brother and a sister. The daughter is Lorraine Gulley of Concord, California. The brother is William Jones of Council Bluffs, Iowa. The sister is Mrs. Anna Deal of Council Bluffs, Iowa.
