Dagmar E. Goll, 93

Dagmar E. Goll, 93, of Blair, died Tuesday, March 1, 2005, at Memorial Community Hospital in Blair.

Funeral services will be 2 p.m. Friday, March 4, in the Chapel at Good Shepherd Lutheran Home in Blair. Interment will be in the Herman Cemetery.

Dagmar E. Goll was born Sept. 14, 1911, in Herman to Edward and Emma (Petersen) Olson. She graduated from Herman High School and attended Dana College.

In 1934, she began working for the Tyson family as bookkeeper; it was a job she kept for another 67 years.

On June 8, 1948, she married Kermit Goll at First Lutheran Church in Blair.

Mrs. Goll was a member of First Lutheran Church, where she served as the treasurer of the Sunday School for 20 years. She was also a member of the Monday Afternoon Club, Blair Federated Women’s Club, Omaha Women’s Town Hall, and Blair Hospital Auxiliary. In addition, she served on the Good Shepherd Home Board, and was a member of the Danish Brotherhood and the Blair Rose Society.

She is survived by her nephews, nieces and cousins.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Kermit, and a brother, Ivan Olson.

Memorials are suggested to the First Lutheran Church or Good Shepherd Lutheran Home.
