Marvin Gosker

Services for former Arlington citizen Marvin (Bud) Gosker, 59, who died Wednesday, October 30, 1985, at his home in Omaha, were Monday (today) at the Moser Memorial Chapel in Fremont. The Rev. J. W. Berry of Salem Lutheran Church of Fremont officiated and burial was in Vacoma Cemetery, north of Arlington.

Gosker was born Feb. 22, 1926, the son of Edward and Clara Gosker of rural Arlington.

He lived on the family farm north of Arlington until he quit farming and moved to Omaha in 1970. He then worked at Goodwill Industries for 10 years before retiring.

Survivors include three sisters: Mrs. Ervin (Evelyn) Christ of Fremont, Mrs. Robert (Helen) Schulz of Omaha, and Mrs. Robert (Erna Mae) Whorton of Chesterfield, Missouri.

He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother, Obert.

Moser Memorial Chapel of Fremont was in charge of arrangements.
