Lydia Gossard Buried Nov. 14

Lydia May Gossard passed away at the Kelley Rest Home on November 10th where she had been for the past two months. Prior to that she had been at the Crowell Memorial Home since 1959.

She was born at Wheeling, West Virginia, on October 2, 1880. Her husband passed away in 1933. She is survived by a sister, Mrs. Fred Krogh of Blair and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services were held at the Bendorf Funeral Home on November 14th. The Rev. Dale Westadt officiated. Burial was in the Blair Cemetery.

Pallbearers were Leslie Reynolds, Ernest Schmidt, Scott Robeson, Roy H. Anderson, Jack Mencke and Ted Weber.
