SERVICES ARE ON TUESDAY FOR SEVER AABERG

Funeral services will be Tuesday, November 18, at 2 p.m. at Campbell Funeral Home for Sever J. Aaberg, who died November 14, 1980, at the Blair Hospital. Rev. Owen Wilmot will conduct at the services. Burial will be in the Blair Cemetery.

Sever J. Aaberg was born on a homestead near Newman Grove, Nebraska, on February 25, 1891. He was 89 at the time of his death November 14.

He was the third child of a family of twelve children born to Henry K. and Caroline Fjeldskaugan Aaberg, who immigrated from Valden, Norway, in the 1880's.

He married Vida York of Stanton, Nebraska, in October of 1913.

He farmed near Wisner, Nebraska; Alamo, Texas, and Glen Glenwood Iowa; before moving to Stanton where he was employed by the Stanton County Rural Electric Cooperative.

He retired to a small farm near Orum, Nebraska, and later moved to Blair. He was a resident at the Stanton Nursing Home for years and for the last few months was at the Tekamah Senior Citizens Home.

He was preceeded in death by his wife, Vida, who died in Blair in February, 1971.

He is survived by one son, Stanley Aaberg, Blair; and one daughter, Mrs. Dolph (Ruby) Grantham of Portland, Oregon. Two brothers, Herman Aaberg, Lorens, Iowa; and Royal Aaberg, Glendale, California; three grandchildren and five greatgrandchildren also survive him.

Clare Cowing will be the organist. Vocalist will be Richard Lienemann.

Pallbearers are Marvin Lienemann, Richard Lienemann, Dale Kephart, Randy Rogge, Niels Poulson and Robert Boehnke.

Campbell Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements for the services.
