Pamela B. Stevens, 48, of Blair, died Thursday, Nov. 20, 1997, at Immanuel Medical Center in Omaha.

Services were Monday at St. Francis Borgia Catholic Church. Burial was in Holy Cross Cemetery at Blair.

Mrs. Stevens was born May 13, 1949, to Harold and Dolores (Williby) Smith. She attended Blair schools, graduating from Blair High School in 1967. On July 8, 1967, she married LeRoy Stevens in Blair. She had worked at Memorial Community Hospital in Blair since 1987 and was also a day care provider.

She was a member of the Blair Veterans of Foreign Wars Auxiliary. She was chairperson of the carry-out department for the May dinner at St. Francis Borgia Catholic Church and had worked for many years at the annual Memorial Community Hospital Rummage Sale.

Survivors are her husband, LeRoy; daughters and son-in-law, Christine and Angela Stevens and Holly and James Rogge, all of Blair; a granddaughter, Alicia Stevens; her father, Harold J. Smith, Blair; brothers and sisters-in-law, Bill and Judy Smith, Paul and Chris Smith, all of Blair; John Smith of Omaha; sisters and brother-in-law, Cindy Nelson , Blair, and Joan and Gary Niver, Omaha.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Dolores.

Campbell-Aman Funeral Home in Blair is in charge of arrangements.
