Brandi Goebel, 31

Brandi Goebel, 31, of Blair, formerly of Modale, Iowa, died Saturday, July 14, 2012.

Services will be 10 a.m. Wednesday, July 18, 2012, at the Modale United Methodist Church, 108 E. Haley St., in Modale, Iowa. Visitation will be Tuesday, July 17, from 5 to 7 p.m., with prayer services at 7 p.m. at Hennessey-Aman Funeral Home, 310 E. Huron St., in Missouri Valley, Iowa.

Brandi D. Goebel, 31

Brandi D. Goebel, 31, Blair, Neb., formerly Modale, passed away Saturday, July 14, at her home. Funeral services were held Wednesday, July 18, at Modale United Methodist Church in Modale.

Officiant: Pastor Kim Crummer.

Vocalist: Joe Taylor.

Casket bearers: Jerry Hilton, Brett Nation, Mark Myers, Lee Duncan, Melissa Bennett and Lindsey Stevenson.

Burial was in Calhoun Cemetery near Missouri Valley.

Memorials may be directed to the family.

Brandi was born Dec. 13, 1980, in Blair, Neb., to Steve Feyerherm and Kimberly (Snyder) Sell. She grew up in Modale and graduated from West Harrison High School in 2000. Brandi worked at the Blair hospital’s auxiliary store. Brandi’s family has many fond memories of her growing up, such as fishing with her dad and vacationing with family. Her favorite place to vacation was Okoboji. Brandi was a sweet girl who always found a reason to be happy and loved to make other people smile. She was the type of person that if you needed something, she would be there for you. Brandi has two boys who were the love of her life, and she loved spending time with them, especially at the waterpark in the summer. Her family said she was the best mother and loved her family and friends.

Brandi is survived by her children, Keenan and Joseph Goebel, Blair, Neb.; mother; Kimberly Sell, Modale; father, Steve Feyerherm, and wife, Connie, Council Bluffs; stepbrother, Mark Myers, and wife, Michelle, Papillion, Neb.; stepsister, Melissa Nation, and husband, Brett, Council Bluffs; many aunts, uncles and cousins; one great-aunt; grandfather, George Snyder, Blair, Neb.; grandpa, Dale Daniel, Missouri Valley; and a host of friends.
