Roberta E. Larson, 78

Roberta E. Larson, 78, of Kennard, died Friday, July 13, 2012, at Memorial Community Hospital in Blair.

Graveside services will be 11 a.m. Saturday, July 21, at the Kennard Cemetery. There will be no visitation.

Roberta Ellen Minor was born December 9, 1933, at Nebraska City to Robert and Rachel (Daniels) Minor.

At the age of 11, she moved to Grand Island with her family. She attended school in Grand Island.

On March 18, 1950, she was united in marriage to Gordon Larson in Hastings. They moved to Kennard and have lived there for 50 years.

She is survived by her husband, Gordon; daughters, Sheryl Smith of Yutan, and Elayne Larson of Kennard; sons and their spouses, Gordon Larson Jr. and Bonnie of Blair and Desmond and Tena Larson of Kennard; 13 grandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren; and one sister, Sara Daly of Pasco, Wash.

She was preceded in death by nine brothers and sisters.

Campbell-Aman Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
