Services for Ronald P. Elliott, 68 of Commerce City, Colorado, who died at his home after a lingering illness on April 14, 1993, were Monday, April 19, at the Open Door Fellowship Church of Commerce City with burial in Evergreen Cemetery in Evergreen, Colorado.

Ronald P. Elliott was born August 6, 1924, at Tekamah, Nebraska, the son of Peter O. and Lizzie Mae Layman Elliott.

He attended school in Tekamah and later at Blair. He lived in the Blair area and later moved to Fremont.

He married Geraldine Anson May 25, 1958, at Fremont. They moved to Colorado in August, 1969.

He was preceded in death by his father.

He is survived by his wife, Geraldine; two sons and daughter-in-laws;, Paul and Lisa, Roger and Linda; four grandchildren and his mother, Mae Wallingford, all of Commerce City; a sister, Frances (Mrs. Alton) Stender of Blair and several nieces, also of Blair.

Arrangements were by Rice Mortuary of Brighton, Colorado.
