SERVICES FOR EVERETT LAMB HELD SATURDAY

Services for Everett Lamb, 2167 Front Street, Blair, were held Saturday at 2:00 p.m. Mr. Lamb died suddenly on December 30th while visiting at the home of a daughter in Council Bluffs.

Services were held at the First Baptist Church with Rev. John Bauserman officiating. Bendorf Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements. Burial was in the Blair Cemetery.

Mr. Lamb was born September 3, 1908 in Blair and was 62 years old at the time of his death. Mr. Lamb was Assistant Postmaster for many years in Blair until his retirement.

He is survived by his wife Alice and three daughters. They are Mrs. Warren Kruse (Sandra) of Council Bluffs, Iowa; Mrs. Wm. Connelley (Marsha) of Davenport, Iowa; and Linda Lamb of Glendale, California.

Mr. Lamb’s mother, Mrs. Belle Lamb, of Blair, also survives.

Mrs. Clyde Sappenfield, of Blair, is a surviving sister of Mr. Lamb. There are also seven grandchildren.

Pallbearers were nephews. They are David Sappenfield, Jeff Jordan, John Bordersen, Bob Trtipplett, Jerry Tripplett and Vaughn Farrens.
