Jay Wakefield To Be Buried Saturday

Jay David Wakefield passed away on May 23rd at the Memorial Community Hospital.

He was born to Mr. and Mrs. Tom Wakefield, Sr. in Cumming County, Nebraska on July 10, 1890 and was 72 years of age.

Survivors are his brother, Tom Wakefield of Herman and Mrs. Ruth Bates of Broken Bow, Nebraska.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on May 25th at the Methodist Church in Herman. The Rev. Percy Bruns will officiate. Burial will be in the Herman Cemetery. The Campbell Mortuary is in charge of arrangements. There will be Masonic services.
