Services for Myron Walker Wednesday

A memorial service will be held for Myron E. Walker at First Lutheran Church on Wednesday, April 3 at 1:30 p.m. Myron passed away Friday at his home after suffering from cancer.

He was born March 18, 1915 in Kenneth, Minnesota to Alma and Earl Walker. He served in the United States Armed Services from 1941 to 1945, serving overseas in France and Germany.

Myron worked at Crowell Home for 31 years as a faithful employee and unselfishly gave many extra hours and kind deeds.

He is survived by his wife Helen Walker; step-daughter Betty Johnson and her husband Richard and their children Mark, Karen and Kathy all of Omaha. Sisters, Grace Shumake, Blair; Addie Wiese, Adrian, Minnesota; Alice Krueger, Trent, South Dakota; Bessie Bendt, Pipestone, Minnesota; May Strong, Downey, California and nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents and two brothers.
