H. W. “BUD” LANOUETTE, 79

H.W. Lanouette, 79, of Fort Calhoun, died Monday, April 21, 2003, in Omaha. Funeral services were Thursday, April 24, at Trinity Lutheran Church in Omaha. Interment was in the Fort Calhoun Cemetery.

H.W. ‘Bud” Lanouette was born Sept. 28, 1923, in Edson, S.D. He was the former owner of The Rustic Inn in Fort Calhoun.

He is survived by his wife, Ginny; daughters and sons-in-law, Rose Marie and Bill Davis of Omaha; Vicky Gautreau and Ted Kantor of Kirksey, Ky.; son and daughter-in-law, Thomas and Teresa Lanouette of Springfield, Mo.; seven grandchildren; one great-grandchild.

He was preceded in death by a great-grandson, Avery Hugo; sisters, Juanita Hansen and May Costello, and brother, Wallace Lanouette.

Memorials are suggested to the National Kidney Foundation of Nebraska or Trinity Lutheran Church.

Sievers-Sprick Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.

VISITATION 3 – 8 pm Wed., family receiving friends 6 – 8 pm with Prayer Service 7 pm, all at the Funeral Home.

FUNERAL SERVICE 1 pm Thurs., Trinity Lutheran Church, 30th & Redick. Interment Fort Calhoun Cemetery. Memorials to national Kidney Foundation and Trinity Lutheran Church.
