The many Blair friends and former parishioners of Rev. J. Wallace Larkin will hear with regret of his death which occurred at Immanuel hospital, Omaha, on Sunday last, after an illness of several months duration. Rev. Larkin was born in Twin Springs, Nevada, August 29, 1864, and was therefore 54 years of age. Fifteen years ago he was pastor of the Congregational church at this place and has, at intervals since leaving here, returned to occupy the pulpit of the church for a sermon or two.

His wife, who was formerly Mrs. Clara M. Rogers, her daughter, Mildred Rogers, together with his father and two sisters, survive him. The funeral was held at 11 a.m. Tuesday and interment was made in Forest Lawn cemetery at Omaha.
